Insurers now seek to assess real driving behavior in order to adapt pricing, prevent risks, and strengthen customer loyalty.<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">With the rise of Usage-Based Insurance (UBI), Pay-How-You-Drive, Pay-As-You-Drive models, and the widespread adoption of embedded telematics technologies (eCall, 4G\/5G), Europe is entering the era of real-time data.<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">Dunasys anticipated this transformation. Leveraging our expertise in automotive telematics, we developed a dedicated solution for insurance providers: an intelligent connected device capable of transforming driving data into powerful tools for prevention, analysis, and customer engagement.<\/p>\n<h2>Project Objective<\/h2>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">The objective of the Dunasys Telematics Insurance project is to create a device capable of:<\/p>\n<ul data-spread=\"false\">\n<li>Collecting and analyzing driving data to enable fair and dynamic pricing;<\/li>\n<li>Automating claims reporting (FNOL \u2013 First Notification of Loss) with instant transmission to claims management systems;<\/li>\n<li>Reducing claims costs through AI-driven triage, routing, and fraud detection;<\/li>\n<li>Enhancing the customer experience through an intuitive mobile application, personalized scoring, and behavioral rewards.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>The Dunasys Connect Insurance Solution<\/h2>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">Available as a plug-and-play OBD-II device or as an OEM-integrated solution, the system combines:<\/p>\n<ul data-spread=\"false\">\n<li>Multi-constellation GNSS and a 6-axis IMU for precise detection of impacts, maneuvers, and journeys;<\/li>\n<li>4G\/5G connectivity for instant data transmission;<\/li>\n<li>An optional camera system to reconstruct the context surrounding an accident.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Embedded AI and an Analytical Cloud Platform<\/h2>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">The embedded intelligence detects key events and automatically triggers FNOL and assistance processes.<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">On the cloud side, behavioral AI classifies claims, identifies anomalies, adjusts insurance premiums, and powers the UBI engine.
