Client: Any professional, natural person with legal capacity under Articles 1123 et seq. of the French Civil Code, or legal entity, visiting the Website subject to these General Terms and Conditions.

Content: All elements constituting the information available on the Website, including, but not limited to, text, images, and videos.
Client Information: Hereinafter referred to as “Information”, meaning all personal data that may be held by https://www.dunasys.com for account management, customer relationship management, analysis, and statistical purposes.
User: Any Internet user accessing or using the aforementioned Website.
Personal Information: “Any information that, in any form whatsoever, directly or indirectly enables the identification of the natural persons to whom it relates” (Article 4 of French Law No. 78-17 of January 6, 1978).
