Automated Data Transfer

As soon as a recording file is complete, it is sent directly to the server via our Wi-Fi and cellular networks.

Context Video Capture

A simple press of a button marks the event and activates all 4 cameras. The relevant moment is instantly tagged, and our smart video acquisition captures the context up to 60 seconds before and after the event. This reduces sorting time and helps identify the root causes of anomalies.

Smart Storage

The system is configured to transfer data to the server. Storage is automatically updated, deleting what has already been transferred. Our device can therefore handle long test campaigns without running out of space.

LogAnalyzer

Our software enables the conversion of proprietary Dunasys files (Dunasys Binary Files) into a range of standard formats fully compatible with customer tools, including:

Thanks to this compatibility, engineers can analyze their data directly within their existing environments (Vector, CANape, MATLAB, Concerto, and more) without any manual conversion steps.

A connected datalogger (or data recorder) is a standalone electronic device designed for the monitoring, measurement, and automatic recording of physical or logical variables. The Dunalog is a state-of-the-art logger dedicated to the automotive sector. Connected to the vehicle networks (CAN FD, LIN, Ethernet), this device captures onboard data in real time and secures the automatic transfer of files to a cloud or web server via cellular and Wi-Fi networks, ensuring zero data loss.

The Dunalog is a versatile device with multiple connectivity sources. It enables the acquisition of complex signals from the vehicle network (via DBC file import) and also includes its own internal sensors (accelerometer, gyroscope, magnetometer). Although designed for communication buses, it can track the operating status of your infrastructure in extreme environments (withstanding -30°C to +85°C). For specific needs such as thermometers, hygrometers, or the humidity and temperature measurements usually found on other types of dataloggers, our technology allows the addition of custom applications and probes suited to your validation campaigns.

Recording and system configuration are managed wirelessly and remotely. The Dunalog includes a mobile network and Wi-Fi connection to automate data transfer. For live monitoring, short information (alerts, errors) is reported in real time to a remote platform. Our teams can also manage firmware updates remotely, which avoids time-consuming on-site visits and optimizes the monitoring of your fleet.

The raw measurements and files recorded on the internal SD card are converted using our LogAnalyzer software. This program transforms proprietary files into standard, interoperable formats. Your engineers can then process the data directly in their everyday work tools. The software also offers automatic database import, video synchronization, and the visualization of the GPS track on a map during road testing.

To prioritize robustness in real-world conditions and very low standby power consumption, the Dunalog device does not have a built-in LCD screen, but uses LED indicators. However, it features an HMI (Human-Machine Interface) that is easily accessible via Wi-Fi or Ethernet from any Android device, computer, or mobile terminal. In addition, the triggering of specific events during testing can be controlled directly through a dedicated smartphone app or a physical button.

This product is specifically intended for automakers, suppliers, and automotive engineering professionals. It adapts to a wide range of test environments:

  1. Safety system validation: automatic emergency braking, lane keeping.
  2. Electric vehicles: recording of BMS battery networks and new architectures.
